Click here to Check Prices The Banyan Bed and Breakfast has 7 individual cottages and suites.  Under the Historic Plantation House roof is one of the cottages (Plumeria) and all 3 of the suites; it can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom house.  Each cottage and suite has it's own entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette.  Each kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker with fresh ground coffee, teas, hot cocoa etc. Breakfast is served every morning to guests of the suites and cottages, but is not included with plantation house or entire property rental. Choose your cottage and check availability. *   Breakfast is served to all guests of our cottages and suites at no charge.
*   Breakfast is not included when the house, or house plus cottages, is rented.
*   An 11.42% state hotel room and excise tax will be added to the above rates. 
*   Rates are based on 1 or 2 person occupancy, extra guests will be charged an additional $30/ per person per night.
*   Our check in time is 2:00 P.M. and our check out time is 11:00 A.M.
*   Plantation House cleaning fee is $200.
*   Entire estate cleaning fee is $300.
*   All cottages and suites, when not rented as part of the entire estate, will be charged a $20 cleaning fee;
Ginger suite cleaning fee is $30.
*   For the Christmas Holiday season (Dec. 20 through Jan. 4) there is a surcharge of 20% on all rates.
*   Payment may be made by credit card, paypal or personal check.
*   Everyone is welcome at The Banyan Tree House.  We love Kids!

Cancellations:
More than 60 days before reservation date, refund is subject to a 15% charge.
Less than 60 days before reservation date, refund is subject to an 85% charge
if room is not rebooked.
